LICENSE AGREEMENT

One registered copy of Purgy may be installed either on a single
workstation and used nonsimultaneously by multiple people.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS", AND NO WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND (INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE
MADE AS TO IT OR ANY MEDIUM IT MAY BE ON.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE PROVIDE ANY REMEDY FOR
DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE,
INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM IT, INCLUDING
SUCH FROM NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR BREACH OF
WARRANTY OR CONTRACT, EVEN AFTER NOTICE OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested
with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire
risk of using the program.

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION

This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for
evaluation purposes without charge. If you want to use this software without
restrictions a registration fee is required. When payment is received you will
be sent a registration key.
DISTRIBUTION

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Unregistered Version you
are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Unregistered version of this
software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original
Unregistered version to anyone; and distribute the Unregistered version of the
software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There
is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging,
or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made.
